Who we are

Core Optimisation is an independent digital marketing agency with offices in Dublin and London. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact us at hello@coreoptimisation.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the information you give us (typically name, work email, company, brief, budget range and timing) along with the page URL, referer, UTM parameters and your IP address and browser user-agent. When you accept analytics cookies we also receive standard GA4 / GTM measurement events.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to your enquiry, to schedule introductory meetings and to keep an audit trail of who we have spoken to. We use analytics data, when you have opted in, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Legal basis

Enquiries are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a request you have initiated, and on consent for the optional marketing tick-box. Analytics rely on your explicit consent — nothing loads until you accept.

Who we share it with

Enquiry data is held inside our own systems and any CRM you see linked in the cookie banner. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4 and, where enabled, Google Tag Manager). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with GA4 defaults.

Your rights

Under UK and Irish GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@coreoptimisation.com to exercise any of these rights. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or the Information Commissioner's Office (UK).
