Here is Laughlin’s top line advice if you’re starting to use Generative AI for your organisation:
1) Form an internal AI committee.
2) Develop an AI policy or usage guidelines.
3) Create an AI Roadmap – a project plan detailing how to incorporate AI into your operations & strategy.
Finally, foster an open approach and look to your employees for input and ideas, most of them are probably already using it, even if you aren’t!
