Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing Google Premier Partner digital agency and due to our continued growth, we require a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role would suit a candidate who has recently graduated and is eager to launch their career in a dynamic and creative environment. Job Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be involved in the following activities:
- SEO & Content Marketing: Contribute to keyword research, on-page optimisation, and work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- PPC Campaigns: Support the team in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media, including monitoring budgets, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns for better ROI.
- Email Marketing: Assist in creating email campaigns, segmenting lists, analyzing open rates/click-through rates, and making improvements for future campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Client Communication: Assist with preparing reports and presentations for clients, and respond to client queries with the support of senior team members.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, new platforms, and competitor activity to provide fresh ideas to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Recent Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO principles, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative Thinking: A creative mindset to contribute new ideas and approaches.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with Tools: Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Canva, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
